In Rome, pizza ‘al taglio’ translates to ‘by the cut.’ Our pizzas are baked in steel pans inside a specialized imported Italian oven, then cut with scissors into individual slices so you can enjoy a variety of flavors. Our pizzas are also available in half-or full-pan sizes for larger parties.

72-hour COLD-FERMENTation

Our dough is made with much more water than other styles of pizza and is cold-fermented for up to 72 hours. This unique process creates a pizza that is easier to digest, with a light, airy honeycomb texture and a crisp crust.
